| HOW DOWNLOAD CONTENT |
Maybe name content for your mobile is already familiar for you.
But some people still don't know how to download content for your mobile phone.
Some program from Content Provider is must register, some is for daily or weekly news like Horoscope, Humor, Joke, Gossip, or maybe that is content like wallpaper and Poly Ring tone. so... you must carefully before you decide for join that program. If you need more information you can call that customer before you join that program.
But that Content Provider have program no need for register, to get content you want like Ring tone or Wallpaper. The point is.... you must very carefully to see and know "HOW TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT" so you never feel trap or that CP cheat you.

you maybe ever get free sms from your telco, about join some program have a price, right?
hehehehe me too. that sms, YES is free cos that just broadcast from telco. But if you decide to send sms like that instruction that mean you agree to register that program, and you will get sms per every day, daily or maybe per week is depend situation and your credit will be cut per sms. how much? that depend some CP will cut your balance Probably they will cut....

For Game is depend cos if am not wrong they have 2 price, they have game 11.000 and 16.500
that price already including tax ya. but not including GPRS price ok?! for GPRS you will cut again just 20 - 50 rupiah, is depend how fast or not when you connecting to GPRS.
That program is no need register, how to get content no need register?
is easy just send sms like this.... POLY 099708118 NOK and than send to short code that CP exp: 7337 and then you will get Poly Ring tone. You will get sms and that sms have URL or Link you just click that URL and that automatic you will connecting to GPRS. yes you will connecting to GPRS cos to download that link you need GPRS so you must make sure your GPRS already you setting at your simcard and your mobile phone. after that that content at your mobile phone and that content for you for ever until you decide to delete or chance with another content.
If you not really understand how to download please contact customer service, don't send sms if you not really understand about that program.
RING BACK TONE
Ring back tone or NSP (Nada Sambung Pribadi). For download this program you can contac your provide simcard. or you can browsing to they webside. on they website you will fine how to register ring back tone. This ring back tone need to register and every last month you balance will be cut for unregister or for chance ring tone to another song you can call customer service your provider simcard.
The function this ring back tone is... if someone else call to your HP they will hear song you already choose . you can choose Indonesian song or western song. How about the price? is already depend from what telco you use.
But before you decide to use or download ring tone, please make sure you really know about rule price and etc so you not feel they cheat you or steal you balance OK?!

| Content Provider (CP) |
Content Provider.... hmmmm am sure you already familiar about that name,right?.
Content Provider or we more know name CP (reed: Cepe). This CP is place me, you and more all people use for download content for mobile phone. They have Ringtone (Poly ringtone and Mono Ringtone,Picture Message,Color Grafic, Game, etc).
They have program no need to be a mamber /subscribe ( you can download 1 x just what you want and what you need, and your pulsa will be cut appropriate your content you download).
In Indonesia we have so many Company Content Provider (CP). You can find they advertising at TV,Magazine,Comic,News paper, broadcast via mobile ( you got free info from your provider sim card, they give info 1 CP have price program, if you interesting you can join at the time, if not? its ok no problem.) That broadcast is really free, almost 4000 number will get same sms like you get. Maybe you more familiar about they short code like 9090, 7337,9333,
Price content every CP is also different, how to subscribe and unsubscribe every CP is different too so... i give you little bit Tips ok?!
1. Before u subscribe 1 program from CP u must make sure u know how to subscribe and for unsubscribe. why? cos this is can help you when you think this time is a right time for you to STOP or maybe you want chance to another program from another CP
2. You must know Phone number Customer Service from where CP you joind that program. If you dont know they number? ahh don't worry you also can call Customer Service your profider simcard. If you use simcard Mentari, you can call to Mentari. 222 from your mobile phone or u can call to number 543 88888 from your home or office they open 1 x 24 hour.
Ask to them to help u to STOP registration / Unsubscribe from that program dont forget to tell him/her from where short code you got SMS.
You can see that short code the bottom your message, they will ask you to wait 3 x 24 hour (3 days) but don't worry .. u also can ask to her/him what number customer service from that company. from that short code you can ask what name that CP and ask to, to give you phone number customer service so you can stop that program more than fast.
Telco need time 3 day cos they must report to supervisor or manager and than this boss or manager must send that complaint to CP to ask unregister/unsubscribe/STOP from 1 of so many program they have. Thats why they need extra time or max 3 x 24 houre to solve problem.
3. when you call Customer Service CP, just give information clear. Like your name, your phone number and what program you want STOP or what problem u have. That make customer can working fast and your problem will be soft fast too. Just for you information, if you want stop program (where u already be a member every CP have different policy. 1 CP have policy 1 x 24 hour, but i ever found CP ask me to await 2 day or 3 days. max: is 4 day.)
4. If you problem is Content download (content need GPRS exp: Color Graphic,Theme,Game) first before you download you must make sure your HP is have facility or support GPRS if you HP not support GPRS please don't download content like Game,Color grafic,color animated or them cos that really useless cos u can't download that conten, and price that content is not cheap. You Must make sure your GPRS i already active. cos base my experience for some telco, content already we got if more than 24 hour not yet download that content will be expired . so you must download again if you really want that content and that mean your pulsa will be cut again. so... u must really make sure everything already good. If in 1 hour you still not yet get that content you can call customer Service from Content provider.
The big problem is...
sometime your kids or one of your family member subscribe that promo program. And he/she don't know that program is continue, and when you ask how to stop they already forget how first time they registration. If this situation like this u must call your sim card provider, they will can help you and dont forget they standby 24 hours.
Ahhh .... before am forget, i want to tell you. before you agree to subscribe one or 2 program promo you get from your mobile. You can call your provider simcard, or if instruction to join use word like REG, Subscribe, etc..... that mean that program is continue. You will get information or sms and you balance will be cut every time you got sms.
So Please be careful, or u can explanation to your kids, and your family to not join or join on that program.

| Activate GPRS |
OK this day i want give you a tips, how to activate GPRS on your Mobile Phone.
In Indonesia, Right now we have 8 telco. we have XL, INDOSAT (MENTARI,IM3 and MATRIX), TELKOMSEL (HALO and SIMPATI), MOBILE8, FLEXI, ESIA, 3HUTC and SMART (LippoTelcom).
In here, i just explane to u how to activate GPRS for XL,INDOSAT,TELKOMSEL and 3 huctcinson (cos.... am just know for that telco ;)). But, if you need another i will try to give you that information OK?!
OK... we start from XL and than we countinew to another simcard
